Işık Şerifsoy began her career with a strong vision, gaining significant management experience across various sectors. She pioneered innovative projects in technology and improved efficiency in healthcare. Transitioning from painting to ceramics, she found her true passion in working with clay. Currently, as the CEO of Engage & Grow Global and a professional coach, she guides businesses and individuals in employee engagement and building high-performance teams. Active in the Arya Women Investment Platform, she inspires leaders with her book "Cacti, Thorns, and Flowers," available in both Turkish and English.
